Merchant Return Policy
At Gahzly, we strive to ensure that your industrial and electrical procurement is handled the "Smart Way." If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you navigate the return process efficiently.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To ensure a smooth return process, please verify that:
- The item is in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and warranty cards are included.
- For electrical components (e.g., circuit breakers, PLCs, or sensors), the factory seal must remain intact.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Non-Returnable Items
To protect our vendors and ensure safety standards, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom Cuts: Cables, wires, or rails that have been cut to specific lengths at your request.
- Special Orders: Industrial equipment specifically imported or manufactured for your project.
- Installed Items: Any electrical component that shows signs of mounting or installation.
- Safety Equipment: Items with expired certifications if the seal is broken.
4. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your item, our technical team (or the merchant) will inspect it. We will notify you immediately on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (Credit Card, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
- Processing Time: You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a merchant error or a defective product, Gahzly will cover all shipping charges.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for other reasons, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Installation Disclaimer
Gahzly is not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation. We highly recommend that all electrical and industrial products be installed by certified professionals to maintain warranty and return eligibility.
