Return & Refund Policy
At Gahzly, we stand by the quality of our industrial and electrical supplies. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. For defective or "not as described" items, this period is extended to 30 days in accordance with consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- Original Condition: The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: The item must be in the original manufacturing packaging (boxes, plastic wraps, and internal padding).
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order ID).
- Non-Returnable Items: Cut-to-length cables/wires, customized control panels, and sensitive electronic components (like semiconductors or PLCs) that have been powered on cannot be returned unless they are defective.
3. Return Process
- Request: Log in to your Gahzly account and navigate to "My Orders" to submit a return request, or contact us at
info@gahzly.com. - Inspection: Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Approval: We will notify you of the status of your refund after the inspection is complete.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or Wallet). The time it takes for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer's policies.
5. Shipping Costs
- Defective Items: If the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part, Gahzly will cover all shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
